Our Doulas

We bring different perspectives to the table, but we’re united by a love for purposeful work, thoughtful design, and real connection.

Rachel

Hi! My name is Rachel. I'm a perinatal community health worker, full spectrum doula and childbirth educator based out of the Seacoast of NH. I have a background in holistic health and herbal medicine and a real passion for supporting families through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period.

My interest in birth work began before I became a mother myself. As a nanny in my early 20s, I had the privilege of walking alongside growing families and being an extra set of hands for new mothers in those tender early months. After having my own first child in 2019, this passion for birth work really deepened for me.

I strive to provide trauma informed, evidence based support to families while they navigate the magical and transformative experiences of birth and postpartum. Whether you're welcoming your first child or your fourth, I believe you deserve compassionate, accessible support and advocacy that honors your family's unique values and goals. My hope is that you feel informed, supported, and truly cared for every step of the way.

I am always learning, and seeking to expand my skills so I can wholeheartedly help the families I serve. When not supporting other families, I am spending time with my own. I usually spend my days homeschooling and adventuring with my two little ones (soon to be three!), tending to our garden and enjoying live music and ecstatic dances whenever we can. I believe in living slowly, connected to nature and creating a home filled with creativity and curiosity.

Ayla

Hello, my name is Ayla! I'm a mom of a beautiful little girl and married my best friend and highschool sweetheart. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2020. I do prenatal massage, I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher and offer other modalities within massage therapy. Prior to that I worked in kitchens, catering and did some private chef work. I am really excited to offer support and education to moms and their supporting people through pregnancy, labor & delivery and post-partum! I grew up as 1 of 5 kids with a single mother and really love working with anyone that feels they need a little extra support. I am currently located in Raymond, NH and am happy to travel up to an hour away for my clients. I can't wait to meet you!

Deserae

Doula & PCHW - in-training

Hi, my name is Deserae and I am currently working towards becoming a full spectrum doula. I am passionate about helping families feel informed and supported during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard and empowered during every part of their journey. I will provide compassionate support and education to help you feel informed and empowered, so that you can make the best decisions for you and your baby. Outside of birth work, you can find me spending time with my husband and kids, baking, cooking, or listening to music. I would be honored to support you and your growing family.

Hi, I'm Kina, a proud mom of four young adults.

The birth of my oldest son changed the course of my life. It was in that moment I realized my heart was being called to support families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season. Since then, my passion has been to walk alongside parents with compassion, encouragement, and unwavering support as they welcome their babies into the world.

I believe birth is deeply personal, and every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered to make the choices that are right for them. My role is never to judge, but to provide a calm, supportive presence while honoring your values, your experiences, and your goals.

Every person has a unique story, and everyone deserves kindness, grace, and a safe space where they can feel supported. It is an honor to be invited into such a meaningful chapter of someone's life, and I am committed to helping families feel confident, cared for, and never alone on their journey.
